Custom fields should propagate to Pivotal Tracker
It doesn't have to be fancy -- they could just be added to the feature description.
We collect substantial extra information in our idea portal in the form of custom fields -- severity, customer mood, steps to reproduce, examples -- and it would be great if all that information could be sent along from the feature in Aha to the integrated story in Pivotal Tracker.
It is very laborious to copy and paste this information from the custom fields to the description in Pivotal... and sometimes our team leads simply forget to do it.
I would agree with allowing some mapping to custom fields. When coding with API makes it easier to report out on the information.
I agree with Jason, but perhaps custom fields could be mapped to Labels in Pivotal Tracker? I have created a "Component" custom field, and it would be nice to see that mapped to a label.
