Link ideas to initiatives Merged

We have a lot of ideas coming into our idea's portal that we don't want to convert to features, but believe help contribute to our understanding of roadmap initiatives we have planned. I would like a way to keep track of ideas that link to larger initiatives we're thinking about so that when designing feature for an initiative we can review all existing ideas that connect to it.
