Cannot see scroll bar in notebook view unless you scroll to the bottom.

when previewing feature lists in the notebooks you cannot tell there is a bottom scroll bar unless you are scrolled to the bottom of the preview

  Thank you for the request. This is likely to be a browser setting which determines where the scroll bar can be shown. At this time, we are unlikely to make updates as it appears to be out of our control. However, do note that on the Notebook full view, this should be visible (and all Notebook views allow for scrolling to view the entire contents of the view).
