Prioritise Features on product line and account level Merged

Especially in Agile development environment, the priority of a feature is regularly reviewed and changed, e.g. because new features are created all the time and need to be included in the schedule.

Now, features can only be prioritised on the feature board on a product level. However, you really would like to have:

1. an overview of all features (of all products and product lines) and their story points, and
2. the different teams and their capacity in a given (sprint) period (already described in another idea), or
3. Capacity in an already defined release or releases.

Then you can create a feature board that shows the priority of all features (or a subset set by the User) and assign it to e.g. development team or a particular release.
