Support "type ahead" name search for "Assigned To" attribute

Many of the feature attributes support 'type-ahead' search/assignment to mange large lists of items (tags, initiatives, etc) but the "Assigned To" field does not do this. User is forced to scroll through the whole list of names (which thankfully are in alphabetical order). It would be useful to have the same type-ahead capability on this field.
