Bulk-Edit Custom Choices should be in Alphabetical order

When you bulk edit features, entities like TAGS appear in alphabetical order, but when you make custom fields the entities display in a random order. If you go look at the custom field editing, they show in an alphabetical list there (not "in the order created" or something that might be logical) and they are not movable to change the order like Initiatives are. It would be really nice if pretty much *everything* was in alphabetical order (initiatives included - the 'manual order' is not useful, no matter how 'agile' it may be)
