Customize which metadata to input on "Create new Feature/Release" screen Merged

When creating new Features or Release there are a number of metadata fields that I already know would like to add to the Feature/Release, such as; Status, Time Tracking, Estimate, Initiative, Capacity, Goals. Customized Fields.

It would be helpful if I were able to customize which metadata fields shown in the the "Create new Feature/Release" screen.
