Allow for the import of Idea Categories into products. Merged

We manage multiple product idea portals for a single product. The Idea categories are the same for each product . It would be useful to have the ability to import categories from an existing portal or via a CSV.

    I agree with the requirement and although this may be a one-off activity per product, we anticipate adding many more products in a "templated" way with the same baseline set of categories. Doing this manually will be very time consuming so having a way of making this more efficient would be very valuable.
