Allow for description to display in Scorecard

When I bring in stakeholders to help with the scoring, it would be nice to have the description of the specific metric in the score show the score dialog.  Having it there helps to make sure you are thinking about the metric appropriately and clarify their score

    Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible. When a description is added to a scorecard metric, a help icon will be added next to the metric on the scorecard. Hovering on this icon will show the description in a tooltip.
