Fix focus issue in Parking Lot

When I am looking at my parking lot (backlog) and click on a specific feature to view it's details, the window on the right opens and I lose focus (focus is reset to top of page on the board). This makes for a poor user experience, as I have to keep resetting the focus on the board. This is not critical or preventing me from doing my job, but it's really inconvenient, especially when doing roadmap planning and there are many features to look through.
