When adding Features, they should be added at the bottom of backlog Merged

We have a prioritized backlog, so when I look at the features board, the higher the priority of a feature, the higher it is on the board. However, when I add a new feature to the backlog, it gets added at the top of the board. This means that every time I add a feature, I have to go in and move it to the bottom. Instead, new features added to backlog should be added to the bottom by default.
