Allow submitting ideas via email in private portals

Enable Private Portal users to still be able to capture new idea entries via email.  Currently this feature is only available for any ideas portal configured as public or submit only.  It would be ideal if this feature could be activated for private portal users as well.  If enabled, a private portal administrator could specify which domains were permitted to submit ideas via email.

    This is possible today by setting up a second portal that is submit-only. When an email is sent, it will be submitted to the workspace through this portal. These ideas can also be visible in your main private portal for the workspace.

    This would be great! We would like a private ideas portal for just our company employees. And our product feedback from our client-facing teams comes in through email. If these could all be in one central place, this would be great

    This would help us out a lot. We get a lot of feedback through customer-facing teams, but often it gets lost in the shuffle. It would be great if both customers and our team representatives could send in emails to our board. Currently our board is embedded in a private community forum, and for IP reasons we can't take it out.

    We want the privacy of the private portal for security sake, but the ability for our clients to send ideas without having to log in or access the portal unless they want to track their ideas. Often they just won't bother if they'd be required to take the extra step of going to a portal to do so.

    I concur...this would be extremely helpful for our team, as we are frequently re-routing emails from other tools into our private ideas portal.
