The Equation Builder pop-up should be movable

I can click and drag other pop-up modals in Aha!, e.g. the Add Data modal in the List Report. But I can't drag the Equation Builder around.

I assume this is just oversight. And it's not an urgent thing. I mostly noticed it because it was difficult to create a clean screenshot with a static EB.

Aha! end user might want to move this box to see the report data that exists behind it.
