Ability to have a template for comments (or ability to create a custom field of type "Form" where Reviewers can fill out the form and submit comment-like responses)
We want our team to be able to submit weekly status updates to the platform in a regular format. For example:

- Notes about upcoming tasks associated to this Initiative
It would be great to have a Template/Form in this format that people could fill out and submit each week.
This would be really helpful. We send out weekly reports to senior management but it is a collection of custom fields that works but is not the cleanest. Having a template (perhaps in notes?) that an Admin could create and assign across a product line would be very helpful.
