Ability to have a template for comments (or ability to create a custom field of type "Form" where Reviewers can fill out the form and submit comment-like responses)
We want our team to be able to submit weekly status updates to the platform in a regular format. For example:

Overall Project Status: ON-TRACK
Completed:
- Notes about completed tasks associated to this Initiative
Up Next/In Progress
- Notes about upcoming tasks associated to this Initiative
It would be great to have a Template/Form in this format that people could fill out and submit each week.

Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. It is currently possible to insert a template into a comment or custom note field through the + button in the toolbar. We hope that helps!

This would be really helpful. We send out weekly reports to senior management but it is a collection of custom fields that works but is not the cleanest. Having a template (perhaps in notes?) that an Admin could create and assign across a product line would be very helpful.
