Provide the ability to create a sunshine chart

Sunshine charts are a really useful way of providing executive stakeholders with a visual roadmap of how multiple streams of work will deliver towards a high - level vision. There are lots of example of sunshine charts, however I am happy to supply a version that we use internally.
