Better control of idea categories Merged

I would like to have better control of categories.

• Ability to disable categories so that they may remain for existing ideas but cannot be used for future ideas.  

• Ability to move an idea to another product and retain the category when there are matching categories in each product.

• Ability to enable users to select multiple categories.  For example, when an idea applies to both iOS and Android (as categories).
