Some users would prefer to contact us directly about a feature idea versus going online and submitting it for various reasons. Is there a way for us to submit an idea on behalf of a user and then send them an email asking them to sign off on it and also subscribe to it so they receive all the notifications associated to it? Also ensures they vet the submitted idea.
This is currently possible by creating the idea in Aha! and then changing the idea's creator to the user's portal user account. If they do not currently have a portal user account, you can easily create one for them in the same process. See attached screenshot. We hope this is helpful!
