When I click 'Add features' give me an option to describe with AI or enter manually

From the features board, if I click Add features, give me the option to just describe the features I want to add and then use Elle to add them in the not started bucket. Maybe it just opens a new chat if I do this? But it felt odd to not have that option after clicking the button.
