Allow scrolling on dashboard widgets when shared as a Webpage

When sharing a dashboard as a Webpage to stakeholders, the individual widgets do not scroll. This makes it appear to stakeholders as if what is displayed 'above the fold' on the report is the only data available, when there is usually more data available below the cutoff.

Dashboard widgets change dynamically based on the data in the report and can appear shorter or longer based on the current data available. It is nearly impossible to predict a good length for the widget to be sure that either all data will always be viewable or that there won't be a huge white area on the dashboard.
