Aha has several standard fields that we do not want to use, whether on the epic, feature, or requirements level or of not of high importance compared to other fields. With the new UI, this becomes even more evident as the information is consolidated on the Overview tab.
We really need the ability to include only fields that are relevant for that specific Aha record (e.g. we don't use Score, Goals) and often, once input, fields like assignee, release, watchers aren't as important as those items that continue to evolve.
The new UI hides those fields that are empty - good and bad. Automatically hiding makes it challenging to know what is missing and also required the user to always click Show More...vs always showing that info. For example, we have fields related to our release notes process and want these to actually be near the top and be grouped because once populated, these are some of the most important ones to be viewing and are updated/evolved as the feature/story is being worked on.
Thanks for the idea!
You can now manage your standard and custom fields in your custom layout. You can access your custom layout from account settings > Custom layouts or directly from a record. Click on a record's [...] menu and select Create/Edit custom layout. You can re-order, set visibility, and remove standard fields that are not required.
