With the new user experience, every time we access an Aha record, we have to click Show More to view the entire description as very little shows. I realize that this is to minimize scrolling and keeping the tabs above the fold; however, we would prefer being able to see more of the description (often the reason we are navigating is to view / update) and scroll within, allowing the tabs to still show (which it does if you click show more).
At a minimum, at least setting is as a user setting because that is a consistent complaint I have from users and why they don't want to trial it, knowing they will be forced to adopt. But, opening and clicking every time to even view/comment/update is inefficient/annoying
Thank you for the idea!
Your description collapsed/expanded state will now be remembered as you view records on the same page. For example, if you expand a feature's description from your features board, any other record you open from the features board will also have an expanded description. Such as other features, requirements, or linked records like goals and initiatives. Note that as you navigate to another page, it will be reset to collapsed.
Agree very annoying. Currently it's a toggle to expand and collapse, why wasn't this included in the new user experience?
