My company receives a single invoice from Aha! and distributes license costs among Business Unit and Department budgets. I need a way to track BU and Dept (a single field would be fine) within Aha itself. The current process I employ is time consuming and tedious. I export from Aha to create a spreadsheet, then add columns for the Business Unit and Department and manually enter this info.
