Manage portal user notification preferences via API
The OneTrust Preference Center is where our customers manage their other OneTrust system permissions from. We would like to add an Aha! API for our OneTrust Portal and Aha! users to also modify their opt in/out permissions in the same Preference Center.
Hi there, currently there is not a way to manage email preferences via the API. We will continue to monitor feedback on this idea and consider adding support for this in the future. Thanks!
Hi all - I can't edit the idea, but @adilene, to add some clarity, the api documentation doesn't show or I couldn't locate a get and put/patch API to update a specific user's email preferences. For example, we'd like to be able to provide a checkbox in our support community for the specific user (ebates@xyz.com) to toggle off/on ebates@xyz.com Aha! notifications. Please let me know if something like this already exists. Thanks!
