Interactive charts - focus in on the data behind the visual

When looking at charts, I would look to focus on the information being displayed - what is the data behind the chart?
For example example - we have a stacked bar chart saying - Android v5.5 Release has 3 features under consideration. What are those 3 features?
Current approach - Change to list view and filter the information to show features under construction.

This will be very useful, we want a "less is more" approach on dashboards so that teams can drill into what is valuable to them as opposed to displaying the chart + raw data.
