To-Do Cut/Paste Merged

When working with different Phases within a Release, we often create a To-Do that either needs to be moved to another Phase (created in the wrong location) or needs to be copied in another Phase. It would be nice to have a "Copy/Paste" function and a "Move" function at the To-Do level so that this can be accomplished.

    Your idea was merged with a similar one to allow moving of to-dos. Please feel free to add a comment there, especially around the ability to copy an existing to-do and then moving it. Your use case makes a lot of sense!
