Comment fields: Any one with contributor status should be able to update the comments field and should be ordered newest to oldest

The comments field is used by several people to comment on status, updates, questions etc. Contributors should be able to add update comments started by other people to keep the thought thread together. Also, they should have a sort order provided. Oldest to current means alot of scrolling to get to add in a new comment. We use the comment field in the Initiative ( at the Strategic Initiative level) to capture weekly statuses - and multiple people need to be able to add in their updates into one comment.

    Thank you for your idea. Currently administrators can edit comments made by other users. However this access is intentionally limited.

    For the specific use case mentioned here we would recommend adding a custom note field or custom table to capture updates.

    We are unlikely to make changes here based on historical feedback in this area. We hope you can understand.
