Be able to format text boxes in themes Merged

I would like to be able to add text boxes in my themes for presentations such that I can control the font/color and positioning of the text.

    This helps with maintaining consistency of fonts. After putting the rest of the slide theme together, not having this components makes it feel incomplete.
