Search in record linking should accept record codes as well as names. Merged

If I know the code, it's often easier to type that than the name because it's more likely to get to something unique in fewer characters.

    Currently, it is possible to type the full record ID to find an exact match. We do not show possible matches as you type, otherwise the list of results may not be useful.

    Curious, are you looking for a way to type in a partial ID and see possible results?
