Estimate in allocation percentage
I want the ability to estimate in allocation percentages.
For example:
I'm planning 2H 2020 feature planning
I want to say that 50% of Sally's time is dedicated to a specific initiative.
I want to create that initiative, give it a date range of 2H, and set Sally's estimate to simply 50%
In this model, I don't have to know how long something will necessarily take or even Sally's capacity. I just want to allocate time. It’s flexible and high level.

To add to this - we would like to have the ability to split a persons time across functional teams - where they maybe 25% /75% allocation of time as an example. thank you
Hi, our need is very similar: we have developers working for different workspaces so we would need their time shared between them. In capacity planning right now I can only modify the overall imput of the team's capacity but not the people's capacity, meaning: Sally has overall 40 hours capacity for the week, which is dedicated to workspace A in 70% and workspace B in 30%. Thank you!
