Make Ideas visible in "My Work" like "To-dos: Merged

Ideas currently can only be viewed in "My Work" if it is assigned to the user, however there are times when a user will submit an idea to a team and it be assigned to someone else - and thus loses visibility in the "My Work" field and the ease at which they can track and follow progress outside of creating reports.

It'd be nice if users had the same visibility as the "to-dos" where they can change the filter of work they created and assigned to others.
