Customization at Product line instead at account level Merged

Currently customization like custom fields, custom layouts are all visible to all users who have access to customization. As each Aha instance is used by multiple biz groups, providing customization access to any user means they have chance to update/change someone else’s custom fields or layouts mistakenly. If these are separated by product line, it would be safer for change management. Example: Almost all products have some common fields like customers, Geo, etc. and users tend to change these custom fields dropdown values without realizing that some other product group is also using them.
