Automation to support multiple conditions Merged

Currently I am setting up some automation (which is great) for my company to auto assign ideas to people. The hard bit is that I would love to be able to have another 'AND' condition to allow me to do more things with automation.

So an example. I have a workflow where based on category I assign a PM and a Technical Engineer. But ideally I only want the PM assigned based a certain status. Today I cant do this though, well only workaround would be to separate each category into a separate workspace, and that doesnt make sense.
