Given that MS Teams has significantly expanded its functionality over the past year to include features such as Document Storage, it would be beneficial to have 2 way integration with MS Teams. Two-Way integration would allow features such as:
1. Having Non-Aha! users be able to respond to Aha fed comments/posts
2. Ability to support attachments or URL link creation in Aha to a document in MS Teams- While there is already an available integration with OneDrive, not all organizations are utilizing the integration between MS Teams and OneDrive
3. Provide Product and Marketing teams with an easy means of updating and syncing collateral- In some cases, team members need to utilize tools such as MS Word, as the rich text editing and formatting capabilities are more robust than those currently supported by Aha
Prior to documenting this, I was made aware of the integration capability between OneDrive and Aha. As mentioned, OneDrive is not universally used in some organizations, and Teams use can operate independent of OneDrive (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/sharepoint-onedrive-interact)
It would also be helpful if we could integrate MS Teams Transcription/Recordings into Aha! Workspace NOTES
Similar to the Slack integration that you have, it would be awesome for our team members to send an idea that was captured somewhere in Teams to Aha! as an idea.
It would also be helpful to allow idea creation to initiate from Microsoft Teams where users could submit an idea directly through Teams and it would appear in the Ideas portal.
