What is the challenge? |
Many teams use Microsoft Teams for communication, and the lack of native integration limits efficiency. |
What is the impact? |
Enhances collaboration by enabling seamless access to Aha! features directly within Microsoft Teams |
Describe your idea |
Build a native integration with Microsoft Teams using their latest integration framework, allowing users to receive notifications, create records, and collaborate on Aha! content without leaving Teams |
Hi,
We would benefit from a bidirectional integration between Microsoft Teams and Aha.
What is the challenge?
We use Aha! Roadmaps to update our capacity plan for different projects across our business. Members of our planning team will meet with different project teams and then post updates onto our central teams chat which I then update onto our Aha Features/Release. This is obviously a manual process that requires switching app.
Impact
If it were possible to post updates onto Teams which then updates features/releases on Teams it would automate and speed up the road mapping process.
Thanks
Hi, since the recent Microsoft change to use workflows instead of the previous integration, the "added idea" event (for new ideas, as shown in the attached image) no longer works and raises an error "Event 'audit' failed due to an unhandled error". I opened a support ticket but they suggested I vote on this idea (which I see is much broader) although our specific needs are not quite as ambitious. All we need is:
Notification of new ideas (this is currently broken)
Notification of new public comments (like today) and changes to other important fields (as we have today)
A link in the card to the internal (i.e. backend) idea (not a link to the public portal like today)
Thanks, Skye
