CSV IMPORTS: Idea Imports needs a 'Date Idea Submitted' added Merged

Please add a date field to the Idea Imports CSV. Currently there is no option for this.
Should be required and if left blank, then today's date should be default

This is an important issue that will help accelerate our adoption of the Aha Ideas functionality allowing us to preserve the data from our previous systems/tools.
