Allow Creative Briefs to be available in any workspace.
Creative briefs are a really useful feature, but at present, they are only available in the Marketing Workspace. Creative briefs are not something that is only used for marketing, often you may want to write a brief for a component of a product, such as an embedded explainer video of some illustration or another element that might be embedded as part of a product. We would like to be able to create briefs in a product workspace (or any other) and keep a record of them as well as responses, etc.
Also fully agree. We don't want to create another Marketing Workspace, but would like to use creative briefs as part of our product workspace.
Completely agree with this. We are a Product Team leveraging Product workspaces in Aha. As part of our process, we create "Product Briefs" for new capabilities so that our engineering teams understand the whys, the targets and other pertinent information - similar to Creative Briefs. Because we are a Product workspace, we are not allowed to see/use Briefs and workarounds such as using Personas are not viable. Please make "Creative Briefs" available in all workspace types (and it would be helpful if you allowed us to customize that terminology so that we can call it a Product Brief instead). The ability to tie this to goals, initiatives and down through epics/features allows us to create a complete picture of the need and allow all teams to visualize progress. We have an entire process where these Briefs are a critical component. We want to put the whole process in Aha so this is a necessary capability for us. Thank you!
