Filter by a custom field in idea portal Merged

We use a custom field in the idea portal to indicate which version of our software that an idea was implemented in. Some of our customers have expressed a desire to be able to filter ideas by which version they were implemented in. E.g. select to see all ideas implemented in version 10.7 of our product. In order to allow that we would need a way to enable a filter based on our custom version number field.

    This would be very helpful to track and filter by which customers have requested specific features.

    +1 this would be very helpful to be able to sort and filter in the ideas portal on a custom field

Add new filter to the ideas portal

Currently, it's only possible to filter ideas on the ideas portal by status or category. It would be useful to be able to add another type of filter via a custom field of some sort (e.g. filter by vendor / supplier / initiative / technology etc).
