Allow One Product to have Multiple Portals Merged

We have the use case where we have different types of submitters for Ideas who all need their own form, however, it all needs to be assessed by the same Partner or Product Manager. It's not an efficient structural set-up to create multiple products just to have a different portal. Aha! should be able to ingest different Idea Forms into one Idea space for that product.
