Right now Activities board displays activities from the schedules assigned to the same workspace. However, it becomes problematic when a person works across several workspaces and schedules and wants to display all of the schedules where he/she ahs activities assigned.
Thank you for your idea. There are a couple options that could help in the scenario you mentioned.
The my work page provides a summary of all work assigned -- even work across multiple workspaces.
The workflow board provides a way to view activities assigned to you by status. This view also allows selecting activities from multiple workspaces.
Given the current options available, we are unlikely to update the features board to show records from multiple workspaces. We hope you can understand.
