The Workflow board would be even better if we can add swimlanes by project. Much better user experience.

It's great that you can now remove the User Swimland but for our teams, whether in the Product or Marketing Spaces, having the ability to choose what you want as your swimlanes would be ideal. For example, in JIRA you can set whatever you want or even create a filter to determine swimlanes. (I understand you can filter but that causes extra clicks & isn't one clear visual). Thanks!
