We have all of our customers and internal stakeholders sending their enhancement requests to our Ideas Portal. Some of these are epic-sized, but most of them are small enhancements. We track small enhancements in Jira separate from our overall product roadmap. We'd like to have the same integration with Jira that we have for our products, enabling us to create issues in Jira from an Idea in Aha!
This to me is a huge barrier to purchase.
I've been a fan of the ideas portion of Aha for some time and have successfully implemented it in businesses with smaller product teams. Now I'm in a larger business with multiple teams we do use Jira a lot for our roadmapping as this makes sense with so many products.
From a product perspective, I understand sometimes this friction is intentional to push the prospect to buy additional products :) but in this case it's over 30% more. This is not justifiable - especially for larger teams (for me that's 15 seats).
