Spam Visibility, Details, & Management Merged

As an Aha! ideas portal user, it would be helpful to have the Spam folder visible on the Ideas Overview page. It can easily get missed within the Idea portal configuration.

It would be helpful to see key information related these spam emails, such as an IP address of the spammer.

Additionally, when you delete a spam comment or idea, it would be helpful if the Aha! user was prompted to delete that user from this screen.
