Idea portal: add an option to see Salesforce items linked to ideas
We are a B2B company and we want to start using a private idea portal with Salesforce integration:
Employees will create ideas on behalf of our customers, via Salesforce.
Product managers will have access to Aha, while other employees will only have access to Salesforce and the idea portal.
Currently, the information about linked SF items (such as Customer Account, Case or Opportunity) is not avavilble to idea portal users. This means that users of the idea portal viewing an idea, cannot see who are the customer interested in it.
Please add the option to expose this information to idea portal users.

This is now possible! Enable proxy voting in your ideas portal and turn on a new option that allows users to see all proxy votes. You can customize the proxy vote field layout to include the opportunity value field and the link to the Salesforce item, as well as any custom fields you may want to track.
