Ability to give certain ideas portal users more votes per idea. Merged

If Allocated votes per user is set to be unlimited, and the ability to set the number of votes per idea is set to 1, i don't have the ability to assign certain users more than 1 vote per idea. 

I know that AHA has the inverse of this feature where votes per users can be configured to be more or less, however it would be nice to also give certain users the ability to provide more votes per idea. This will allow some higher profile clients to weight certain ideas higher than the rest.
