Progress Bar calculation based on integration

Today, in order to use the progress bar, we must pull requirements/user stories into Aha. For me, user stories are more granular and owned by our engineering team in CA Agile (Rally). There is already a field in Rally called percent done by story count (I'm sure jira and others have a similar field). Can the progress bar display on this instead of dealing with the overhead of pulling stories into Aha?
