Define the Progress field for each component (Features, Master Features, Releases) in product config Merged

As a product manager I would like to be able to configure the progress field to appear on all components (Releases, Master Features, Features, Initiatives etc..) and set how each are determined in product configuration so that I don't have to add this to each and every one. 

Currently, I have to go and update each master feature with this progress field and then configure the calculation one at a time. We currently have over 300 master features so this is a significant task to have to perform.

An alternative would be to be able to bulk edit the above somehow?
