Add Border Color to Master Feature value in Feature Detail

The Feature Details have a lot of great things; however, what it does is make people click on multiple things to get a quick answer.

When planning work to get done, sometimes the Feature is put on hold or is blocked but the story has no way of distinguishing that from details view.

This request is to put the border of the status color of the Master Feature around the Master Feature name in the Feature detail view.
