Allows user and pm to discuss on an idea privately Merged

Option for a PM and his/her customer to discuss on an idea privately using the comments.

The reason we are asking for such a capability is because once a customer submits an Idea, a PM may ask for some more information from the user. If the information to be shared by the customer is confidential, the customer will not be comfortable sharing the same publicly. He/she would want to a private comment field which only the customer and the Aha internal user can view and not the other people visiting the portal.
