Allow My Work views to add custom columns in lists Merged

My Work is excellent view for users to focus on work assigned to them. However, it is limited that it doesn't allow users to customize the columns and hence users cannot see what matters to them based on their business and operations.  Without being able to tune My Work to your needs, every user has to build new reports for themselves which adds complexity to establishing and executing procedures.
